- Please contact our Food & Beverage Department via fb@icgrandstanford.com for physical voucher at least two working days prior to redemption.
- All dining vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Each dining voucher can only be used once.
- No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation.
- Dining vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Dining vouchers are not applicable on Chinese New Year (Day 1-3) and Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas (Dec 24-26), New Year’s Day and Eve
- Dining vouchers are valid for redemption at The Mistral, Hoi King Heen or Tiffany’s New York Bar.
- Dining vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any form.
- E-vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Any additional cost of food and beverage orders exceeding the e-voucher’s value will be at customer’s own expense and shall be settled directly to the restaurant at the time of dining.
- InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
