  • I understand and agree the Terms and Conditions and Privacy statement.
  • Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless an item received is defective or is different from what was ordered, in which case the customer must notify InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong within 7 days from the time of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Confirmation of order is subject to product availability. In the unlikely event of stock insufficiency, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong will inform the customer for an option to change the order.
  • Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  • Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, the hotel will contact the customer by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
  • Vouchers are only applicable to designated hotel outlets as specified.
  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless specified otherwise, and cannot be extended.
  • For any consumption less than the value of voucher or event tickets, no change or refund will be given.
  • Reservation in advance is required for redemption of dining vouchers. Customers are required to quote the voucher number when making reservations.
  • Vouchers or event tickets must be presented upon arrival at the designated outlet.
  • Vouchers or event tickets can be redeemed once only and cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.
  • Vouchers or event tickets will not be replaced in case of lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges or any other gift certificates.
  • Vouchers or event tickets cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole.
  • While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • Product photos are for reference only. Every effort is made to ensure that all information provided is accurate and current. Nevertheless, in the event of discrepancies or differences in interpretations, the decision of InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong is final.
  • In case of any disputes, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
  • It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. And a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.
  • While our hotel guest rooms do not serve as a gathering spot or party room, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.
  • According to Part II, Section 6 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap. 295), and the Sub-section (14) of Section 4 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap. 228), people who wantonly or negligently discharges any firearm, or throws or discharges any stone or other missiles, or makes any bonfire, or throws or sets fire to any fireworks, to the damage or danger of any person will be liable to prosecution.
