Tiffany’s New York Bar & A.P.E present the first release of the car-themed series, "HIGH OCTANE", featuring racing cars in Hong Kong’s nightlife. This label resembles a cyberpunk style car in a futuristic Mong Kok scene.
Distilled at the Glenlivet distillery in 2006, this bottle is matured in a first fill sherry butt #900795 by independent bottler Signatory Vintage. Bottled in 2023 at the age of 17 years with a strength of 54.8% ABV. Only 153 bottles are released.
It embodies balanced flavours of candied red fruits, sweet spices, nutmeg, vanilla-cinnamon custard, complemented by notes of praline, caramel, milk chocolate, plums and raisins.
